One of Southwinds’ buildings burnt down due to a lightning strike. They now protect their entire property, including their outdoor pool area, from lightning strikes with three CMCE-120 Lightning Suppressors to cover over 1,000,000 square feet.

Portofino South is a 12-story tall building located in the Central Park neighborhood of West Palm Beach. They installed one CMCE-120 on the top of the building to protect their structure and outdoor pool area.

The Depot at Nickel Plate is a 17,410 square foot residential and retail community with shopping and restaurants located in Downtown Fishers, Indiana. They protect the property with multiple CMCE-120 Lightning Suppressors.  

Riverhaus apartments in Covington, Kentucky

Riverhaus – Covington, KY 

Riverhaus is a multi-use development located in Mainstrasse Village in Covington, Kentucky, with 2,300 square feet of first-floor commercial space, two courtyards, an outdoor pool, and more. They installed one CMCE-120 Lightning Suppressor to protect 500,000 square feet.

306 Riverfront is a luxury, mixed-use facility located in the heart of Downtown Kokomo, Indiana. They installed one CMCE-120 Lightning Suppressor to protect the property.

The Arbuckle – Brownsburg, IN 

The Arbuckle is a luxury, mixed-use apartment facility located in Downtown Brownsburg, Indiana. They installed one CMCE-120 Lightning Suppressor to protect the entire property from lightning strikes.  

Stonewater apartments in Elkhart, Indiana

Stonewater – Elkhart, IN 

Stonewater at the Riverwalk is a mixed-use facility, consisting of 200 luxury apartments and over 7,000 square feet of retail space. They installed one CMCE-120 Lightning Suppressor to protect the structure and outdoor pool area. 

The Top of the Hill development in Cleveland, Ohio

The Ascent at the Top of the Hill – Cleveland, OH 

The Ascent at Top of the Hill is an $80M mixed-use development, the biggest mixed-use residential project in Cleveland Heights. The facility offers 261 apartments, 11,000 square feet of commercial retail space, and a 500-space parking garage. They protect the property with one CMCE-120 Lightning Suppressor.

The Grand Castle Apartments – Grand Rapids, MI 

The Grand Castle is a $50M development offering 522-unit apartments in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It’s the second-largest castle structure in the world. They protect their property with multiple CMCE-120 Lightning Suppressors.

Panama City Beach is prone to frequent pop-up storms and hurricanes. The hotel’s original lightning rod system became in-operational due to age, and the company wanted to use a more advanced lightning protection system.
